Rocky Mountain Shoot | Senior Pictures | Castle Rock Photographer
At the end of February, I took the members of Team 20 up to Rocky Mountain National Park for our winter shoot. The winter shoot is always a lot of fun and of course a little on the colder side of things. I get to wear all my winter gear but the girls again this year wanted to wear their prom dresses for one of their outfits. We didn’t do a tone of photos in the prom dresses as it was really windy and cold for the girls to stand out on a frozen lake.
The winter shoot is the first time that I get to work with my senior models for the year. The Senior Model Experience is a lot of fun. It is designed for the high schooler that wants to gain confidence in herself through a series of photo shoots over the course of the year. It is fun getting to work with the members of Senior Model Experience every year and getting to know them from shoot to shoot. I open applications for the Senior Model Experience every November and December.
I really enjoyed our trip this year. We had great weather and the four girls were so much fun. I am looking forward to our next photo session. Enjoy!
